I've been sewing some clothes for Keira's dolls that we were given a while ago, and have rediscovered the joy of making Very Small Things- almost like model-making or something.
It's also a great way to use up wee scraps of fabric and trims, elastic, etc.
So, these are her dolls- one newborn-sized and one a bit smaller- so they can't share outfits. The brown pants above are made from an old stretch-towelling sheet (didn't feel too bad about chopping that up) and I got the idea and pattern for the little reversible top from Mollychicken here.
And these are the clothes for the smaller doll. All modelled on Keira's real clothes. I'm not sure who is more 'into' this whole dolls-clothes thing now... it could be me?
