Ahhh classic! How could you not save that! I was a hopeless Brownie - away with the faeries I think!!

Oh wow Melissa, this is so great!
How sweet is the sewing, little Jessie probably did that herself.
I collect brownie/guide, cub/scout badges and other cloth badges and sew them onto pouches, pillows and scarves,etc...
I know- what a nerd! but there's just something about them that attracts me.
Maybe the nostalgia of childhood?

Oh, how sweet! What do you plan to do with it?

How gorgeous - my husband still has all his cubs/scouts/venturers stuff but he had a fit when I offered to make it over into other things!

How lovely! I still have my guide blanket that has all my guide and brownie badges sewn on it. My mum made a neck-hole in the centre of it so i could wear it like a poncho around the campfire at guide camp. She started me off sewing on the badges but I sewed most of them on myself. I must get it out of the cupboard this week and reminisce...

So cute!

Makes me wonder what happened to mine ;)

What an awesome find! I LOVE girl guide and brownie stuff - and things with names in them already. I am packing my suitcase (old style hard suitcase, red) for my trip to the delivery suite and love that every time I open it, it has mrs hazel brown's name in it.

What a wonderful find!
What ever happened to Jessie Lee?

How cool they are!

If it makes you feel better, I haven't felt like a good kinder mom either! I can't believe how underway the year feels and how little I have actually helped!

What a score! I wish I had kept my sash with all my badges.

so cute!!
